Electronic Health Screening
We do all our health screenings electronically using PowerSchool.  After screenings are completed, we can pull up students needing referral letters, print letters, results and mailing labels and have the process that used to take months completed in a day.

Many of the files use custom fields.  If you have already created fields to record immunizations, for instance, be sure you change the files to align with your fields.  You may find that student names may not show up reports you download.  I use a custom field for student's preferred name  (prefer_name), if you don't use a preferred name field or it called something else be sure to change the field name.
